SEIBON Carbon driver, Mike Bonnani, is crowned the first ever champion in the 2011 MotoIQ Pacific Tuner Car Challenge series! The SEIBON-equipped Berk Technology BMW 135i started off the MPTCC season in dominant fashion with three wins in a row at Willow Springs Raceway, Firebird International Raceway, and Auto Club Speedway in the Tuner Over class; which features the fastest cars in the series.

Running the MPTCC was a change of pace for the SEIBON Carbon sponsored team who normally competes in shorter “time attack” formats. Fortunately, the team was able to quickly adapt from their time trial style of racing and had no problem handling the higher powered sprint race format.

Congratulations to the Berk Technology crew who just a couple of days ago ended the 2011 racing season at MPTCC, Global Time Attack, and Super Lap Battle undefeated, taking home wins in every single race.
