When push comes to shove, Seibon Carbon drivers know how to maintain composure and keep their eyes on the “prize”. This type of discipline and attitude allowed Seibon Carbon drivers Fredric Aasbo and Chris Forsberg to conquer the podium at Round 2 of Formula Drift.
Last weekend’s event had thousands of spectators witness some of the best go head-to-head for not only a spot on the podium, but for a lead in the championship.

Fredric Aasbo in the Scion Racing/Seibon Carbon Scion tC finished in 2nd place after battling Matt Field in Top 32, Conrad Grunewald in Top 16, Daigo Saito in Top 8, championship leader Chris Forsberg in Top 4, and Vaughn Gittin Jr. for first place. Round 2’s victory moves Aasbo into 3rd in line for the championship with a total of 137 points.

Chris Forsberg and the Seibon Carbon/ Hankook Nissan 370z finished in 3rd place and remain 1st overall for the 2014 Formula Drift Championship with a total of 173 points (27.5 points ahead of second place).
