Seibon Drivers Daigo Saito & Chris Forsberg Win Round 4

Seibon Carbon drivers Daigo Saito and Chris Forsberg survived and conquered one of the toughest tracks of Formula Drift: The Gauntlet. This track is infamous for its unforgiving guardrail where even the smallest mistake can lead to an inoperative race car.
To spice things up a bit, Formula Drift created a new course layout that proved to be challenging as some of the top teams were taken out early in the competition. However, the new layout did not stop Daigo Saito in the Seibon Carbon equipped Lexus SC430 from getting to 1^st place and Chris Forsberg in his Seibon Carbon equipped Nissan 370z from locking in 3^rd place.

In the final battle it was Justin Pawlak in the Falken Ford Mustang against Daigo Saito. Pawlak on his chase run went a little too hard and spun out giving the victory and increasing the Championship point lead to Daigo Saito (who is now at 361 points- 61 points ahead of Vaughn Gittin).

“I’m very happy to have this win and remain in 1st place,” said Daigo Saito. “It feels like I won a championship tonight going against some of the top competition in the Series with Vaughn, Fredric, Darren and Justin and I look forward to the next event.”
In the consolation round Chris Forsberg was paired up against fellow Seibon Carbon teammate Darren McNamara in the Nissan 240SX.  The battle was so intense that in process Forsberg’s 370z lost a door! In the end it was Chris that was victorious.
